Amy: Why don't skeletons fight each other?
Michael : They don’t have the guts!
Friends,
Hello there! It’s Michael Antonini, your trusted Medicare agent, and I’m back with another newsletter to help you navigate the world of Medicare. In today’s issue, we’re covering some exciting things—how AI is helping improve your experience with this newsletter, a few important April dates to remember, and expert advice on choosing the right Medicare coverage.
Can you believe that I met my wife Amy 21 years ago today April 1, 2004?! No joke.
Let’s get started!
Kind Regards,
Michael Antonini
What’s New
There are new increased limits to the state Medicare Savings Program.
If you are single and have monthly income under $3,209 you may be eligible for help and for couples it is $4,336.
For the QMB program where you can get your Medicare insurance to cover all of your out of pocket cost, you need your income to be under $2,752 monthly if single or $3,719 for a couple. There is no asset test or limit for this program and you can apply at any time. I have helped hundreds of people with this over the years and I’m ready and happy to help you!
Spring is officially here, and with it comes some exciting updates in the world of Medicare! As we head into the warmer months, it's the perfect time to review your plan and see if any new benefits or changes have taken effect. Here are a couple of updates I wanted to share:
New Preventative Care Benefits: Some of the insurers I work with have expanded their preventative care offerings this year. These could help you save on important health screenings and wellness checkups, which is a great opportunity to stay on top of your health.
Special Enrollment Periods: If you've recently moved or experienced a change in your situation, you may qualify for a Special Enrollment Period. Don’t hesitate to reach out if you think this might apply to you.

“How does AI help improve this newsletter and your experience as a Medicare client?”
Artificial Intelligence (AI) might sound like something out of a sci-fi movie, but in reality, it’s a tool I use to better understand what kind of information and updates are most useful to you.
Here’s how AI plays a role in this newsletter:
Personalized Content: AI helps me analyze what topics are most relevant to you based on feedback and interests I gather. This ensures the newsletter content is always aligned with your needs and focuses on what matters most to you.
Efficient Research: AI assists me in finding the latest updates on Medicare regulations, changes in plans, and new services from providers. It helps me keep the information in the newsletter timely and accurate.
Improved Communication: With the help of AI, I can streamline the writing and design of this newsletter, making it easier for you to read and digest the information. Whether it’s formatting or making the content more engaging, AI helps me deliver the best experience for you!
It’s my goal to always keep you informed and provide content that is both relevant and helpful, and AI is one of the tools that makes this possible. If you ever have any questions, I’m here to help!
But, beware of AI scams that may try to trick you like Voice Duplications, Phony Photos and Video Deepfakes. Here is an article from last fall with more information if you are interested.
