January 2021 Newsletter
Dear Clients,
Happy New Decade! The year 1 BC was followed by the year 1 AD, therefore there was no year zero and hence decades begin on January 1, XXX1. The promise of the vaccine rollout gives hope that 2021 should be a better year than 2020.
Will this decade be a new roaring 20’s? The last one started after WWI and another pandemic. This one will see the second half of the baby boomers turning 65 and I’m excited to be able to help them all with their Medicare Insurance.
Whatever happens this decade, let’s just take one day ay a time and be grateful for each day that we have, as none of us know how many more God will grant us. Here is a quote to consider as we count our blessings each day.

As we start the new decade I am incorporating my business. There are tax reasons and business continuation reasons if something should happen to me. Antonini Senior Insurance Services, Incorporated (As Is, Inc.) officially begins January 1, 2021.
My wife Amy is working on getting her insurance license, and I’ve set the groundwork for a possible transition to my children Johnny (12) and Frankie (11) if they might be interested in the business someday in the future. It’s very exciting and business savvy.
Ask An Expert: Living Wills
Recently Amy and I wrote out our living wills. If you do not have one it is something to consider. This Month I call on Geoff Williams and a good article about questions to consider before writing a living will.
Important Dates
Open Enrollment period runs from January 1, 2021 to March 31, 2021.
If you are in a Medicare Advantage plan, you can change to a different Medicare Advantage plan or switch to Original Medicare and then purchase a drug plan and a Medicare Supplement once during this time. Any changes you make will be effective the first of the month after the plan gets your request. I will be ready to help anyone who would like to discuss this option.
