November 2024 Newsletter
Q: Where do bad rainbows go?
A: To Prism. It’s a light sentence, but it gives them time to reflect.
Friends,
This weekend we turn our clocks back. I must admit, it throws me off for about a week. I believe I would prefer to just always be on Atlantic Time.
The presidential election is on everyone’s mind this week. I hope you are also considering your Medicare Election for 2025 as well. People in Fairfield County on an Aetna PPO are being terminated and we must choose a new plan for next year. Please enter your information on my plan enroll website, and create a scope of appointment so I can best help you, then click the blue button that says "Let’s Get Started." Thank you.
Also many drug plans are raising prices, changing drugs to a percentage cost instead of a flat rate and Wellcare stopped using agents. Therefore, if you want to review your stand alone Medicare Part D drug plan, please use my plan enroll website to enter your information or you can go to medicare.gov, then find a health and drug plan and you can choose a plan there.
Thanksgiving is a time to give thanks andz be grateful for all of the blessings in life. I hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving and we get most of the Medicare plan changes done before Thanksgiving, as that is the latest day it could be and there will not be much time left to make choices after.
Kind Regards,
Michael Antonini
What’s New
As predicted right here, the 2025 Cost Of Living Adjustment will be 2.5%. On average, your monthly check will increase about $50. Here is the press release from the SSA.
Also, I predicted a $185 Medicare Part B premium for 2025. It has not been announced as of press time which leads me to believe it’s going to be higher than I expect and they are waiting until after the presidential election to announce it.

Last month, many people wrote to me that they liked my little pumpkin prayer. So I’m going back to back in prayer, this one for Thanksgiving.
Thanksgiving Prayer
Heavenly Father, on Thanksgiving Day
We bow our hearts to You and pray.
We give You thanks for all You've done
Especially for the gift of Jesus, Your Son.
For beauty in nature, Your glory we see
For joy and health, friends and family,
For daily provision, Your mercy, and care
These are the blessings You graciously share.
So today we offer this response of praise
With a promise to follow You all of our days.
